Effective December 8, 2025, Noran Neurology will transition to a new statement and patient payment vendor. This change is part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience by enhancing the clarity, reliability, and delivery of billing statements, while expanding your payment options.
What This Means for You:
- Digital-First Options: You will receive text messages with a secure link to pay your balance.
- Secure Phone Payments: Our new IVR system will allow you to make payments over the phone.
- Patient Portal Access: Billing information will be available directly through the Noran Neurology patient portal—no separate login required.
- E-Statements: You may continue to receive electronic statements if that is your preference.
- Updated Statement Format: Your billing statements may look different.
- New Vendor: Statements will now be sent by RevSpring on behalf of Noran Neurology.
- Website Updates: You may notice changes to the payment portal at noranclinic.com.
