Dementia Support Services

Noran Neurology is proud to offer a new support service for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers, developed in partnership with Craniometrix, through the GUIDE program.

This program is available at no cost to eligible Medicare Part B patients and is aimed at improving quality of life through personalized care and caregiver support.

Program Benefits Include:

A personalized care plan developed with our clinical team
Education and support groups for caregivers
Access to a 24/7 caregiver helpline
Up to 80 hours of respite care per year, fully covered by Medicare Part B
