BLOOMINGTON / EDINA CLINIC PATIENTS: The ramp from westbound I-494 to northbound France Ave is closing Monday, July 15th.  Hennepin County will close the ramp from westbound I-494 to northbound France Ave (Cty Rd 17) in Bloomington. Please follow the marked detour: west on I-494, north on Hwy 100, east on 78th St and 76th St, to France Ave. The ramp closure is expected to last through mid-September. Additionally, all lanes of Minnesota Dr will close at the east side of France Ave through September.
