Visitor Monitoring

Patient and Visitor Code of Conduct

Noran Neurology’s team of highly skilled healthcare professionals are committed to providing our patients with comprehensive and personalized care in a safe and comfortable environment.

To effectively provide care to our patients and ensure our clinics are both safe and inclusive, we require a commitment of mutual trust and respect from staff, patients, and visitors. Please review and adhere to the following Patient and Visitor Code of Conduct prior to your visit at Noran Neurology:

  • Patients, visitors, and staff will address each other in a respectful manner.
  • Everyone will be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. Comments about race, religion, accent, gender, sexual orientation, or personal traits are not acceptable, and neither is the refusal to see a clinician or associate based on these traits.
  • All patients and visitors will respect patient privacy and avoid disrupting other patients’ care and/or experience. Yelling, using profanity or vulgarity, making physical or verbal threats and/or other actions that disrupt the care and treatment of our patients will not be tolerated.
  • All patients and visitors must obtain the consent of everyone involved for any photographing or video/audio recording within all clinic and patient care locations.

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for our patients. Please show our team the respect they deserve as they carry out their duties. Patients and visitors who do not comply with the Code of Conduct will be asked to leave Noran Neurology clinics. These behaviors may also lead to dismissal from future care at Noran Neurology.

Thank you for your cooperation.
