We provide several options for physicians and healthcare professionals seeking to refer a patient. Rest assured, we will do our best to provide the highest quality of care to your patients and the best quality of service to you.

Refer a Patient:

• To Noran Clinic for Neurological/
  Neuropsychological Consultation
• To Minnesota Diagnostic Center for Radiology or Infusion
• For Sleep Consultation/Study
• For EEG, Evoked Potential, Ultrasound, Doppler Test
• For EMG/Nerve Conduction
