By accessing or using Noran Neurological Clinic’s online payment service, you agree to be bound by all applicable terms and conditions. Noran Clinic may modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice. Noran Clinic’s online payment service is provided to you to facilitate payment on your account. All transactions are considered complete upon receipt. The balance showing is what is currently due at this time. There may be additional charges due at a later date. You can request your total account balance online by going to My Noran Clinic and using the request by Account Balance feature, or by calling 612-879-1614. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been received. Authorized.net, a third party service securely processes payments. When you make an online payment, it will take up to two (2) business days for the payment to be credited to your account. All requests for refunds can be directed to 612-879-1614 and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Noran Clinic will not be liable for any deficiencies in the accuracy, completeness, availability or timeliness of payment information sent via this service. Noran Clinic will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages. You expressly agree that your use of this service is at your sole risk. You agree that you will not intentionally provide false information when accessing or using the Noran Clinic’s online payment service. You agree to notify Noran Clinic immediately upon your discovery of unauthorized use of your account and any other breach of security.
