Our Fridley and Brooklyn Center Offices are Moving!

On November 1, 2010, our Fridley Office will be relocating into a new building in Blaine.

On November 15, 2010 our Brooklyn Center Office will be relocating into our new building in Blaine.

Our new office will feature:

• Six bed Sleep Center -- Open November 1, 2010
• Infusion Center -- Open November 1, 2010
• High-Field MRI -- Open November 15, 2010
